Excellence ! April 6, 2019 Reviewer: Jonathan Marcus from Thunder Bay Ontario   I don't normally give feed backs unless its negative. But this time I can't let go a 5 star for this company. I just picked up my 4th set last month and if you still have second thought of not getting one for your rental..YOU ARE IN THE DARK. No doubt one of the best Canadian company I dealt with. Thank You. March 14, 2019 Reviewer: Marneli Cornelia from Orangeville, Ontario   We recently vacated our bungalow in Mississauga and bought a new one up in Orangeville. I called an agent to look at our bungalow as a potential rental house. It has the main floor and basement separate entrance. They both have a laundry room. He told me I should put a coin box for the washer/dryer. First time I heard about this coin box. He said he himself has few of them and other agents in their office. All i know is the commercial type I see on laundromat. He gave me the number and website. I bought 2 pairs. Installed. It is still premature to say that it is really good but knowing laundry use is not 100% gives me a piece of mind after reading horror stories about free usage of laundry machines. Very Trustworthy February 17, 2019 Reviewer: Allen Lee Seyon from Markham Ontario   I went to their shop in Scarborough about a month ago to buy a washer coin box. After seeing the demo's I decided to take the dryer as well. I brought cash with me but short of $75 for both washer and dryer. Elmar ( I think the owner) said just take both boxes and come back with $75 when you are in the area again. I jokingly said, what if I don't come back?? He said, " You are a landlord. A businessman. Will you sacrifice your reputation for $75?? Besides if you have problem with the box you will still come back to me". I gave him a smile and shook his hands. I walked out with the boxes and the invoice. Yes I did came back after 3 days and gave him $75 I owe and a double double coffee. Wow. Very trustworthy. Very professional! Very rare nowadays. Repairs January 5, 2019 Reviewer: Edmund Taneca   I bought my coin boxes 3 years ago. I know one of my tenants intentionally damaged the coin mechanism. I brought it back to their shop in Scarborough. Repaired in 15 minutes and I only paid for the part ..$30.. The guy said labor is free. Lifetime! Can't beat that nowadays. I'm convinced! April 28, 2018 Reviewer: Ryelle from Queen's University OFF Campus Housing, Kingston ON   My real estate agent told me about this product but I'm not really convinced to get a pair until I went to their location in Scarborough. I know I gave Elmer (Sales Guy) a hard time by asking about the product including technical questions. He was very pleasant and very thorough with his explanations. After almost an hour I got my pair...one washer and one dryer kit. Installed and very happy with it. I have few more commercial coin op on my other rentals that is already giving trouble. Mind you their repair is NOT cheap. One more thing about smartcoinboxes..they offer lifetime labor warranty. Let's see. Was this review helpful to you?

Quick Service March 31, 2018 Reviewer: Antonio De Guzman from Hamilton, Ontario   I brought my box today back to their shop to extend the cable of my dryer coin box kit. I met Elmer there and he said to have a coffee and come back in 15 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and saw my box on their test wall ready to go. That was a quick service. He did not charge me labor. I just paid for the materials he used which is around $30. I have no problem giving a 5 star for this service! Was this review helpful to you?

Great Timer Coin Box March 22, 2018 Reviewer: Harjeet Singh from Scarborough, Ontario   I am very pleased with the machine. It solved my problem with utility abuse. No more freeloaders and laundry party for my tenants. I got this 3 months ago with the washer box. So far so good. I know I can call Elmer anytime if I have any concerns or any questions. I love this box too! March 20, 2018 Reviewer: Sanjay Patel from Etobicoke, Ontario   I love this box too! Saves me money from my hydro and gas bills not to mention that my dryer is no longer running with just a piece of clothing for free. Highly recommend buying from this company. Product is well built and locally made. I know that if I run into any trouble, it can be fixed at their shop within minutes. I will be back for my other rentals for sure.
