RETURN POLICY:

We have 30% restocking charge for items you wish to return within 15 days from date of pick up or receipt. Buyer will pay the shipping fee when returning the item(s) back to us and all incidental expenses that we will incur. Items must be in RESALEABLE condition and not tampered with. We do not refund shipping or courier fees we already paid on delivering the goods to you.

WARRANTY:

We provide ONE year Limited Parts and Labor warranty. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the day you purchased your SmartCoinBoxes. Email and phone support is lifetime and unlimited.

Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER:


1. Usage that is not in accordance with the products application.
2. Servicing not authorized by SmartCoinBox
3. External causes such as abuse, misuse, problem with external wiring.

Limited Warranty last for the period of ONE year. The warranty period is NOT extended if we replace a warranted parts.


After the standard ONE YEAR Labor and Parts warranty, all SmartCoinBoxes are entitled to a LIFETIME LIMITED LABOR WARRANTY!

Lifetime limited labor warranty entitles the owner of the SmartCoinBoxes to a FREE repair service beyond the time span of the limited standard warranty, for diagnostics and replacement of parts. The cost of new replacement parts will be paid by the customer.

However, if the need for repair was due to customer negligence, misuse, abuse not in accordance with product application or use of parts or components not supplied by us, SmartCoinBoxes staff reserves the right to charge service fees at industry standard labor rates.

Under provision of lifetime limited labor warranty, customer is responsible for shipping the SmartCoinBoxes to and from our facilty. Customer is held responsible for a market price (at the time of rerpair) needed upon expiration of the limited standard warranty.
