Our machines are built for reliability and ease of use, but it’s important to choose the payment system that best fits your property and security needs.

Please keep in mind that once a unit is installed, it becomes the responsibility of the owner to keep it secure. SmartCoinBox is not liable for any theft, vandalism, or damage that may occur after installation.

To help minimize risk, we offer different payment options:

• Coin-operated systems – a classic option that works well in secure locations. Will need to periodically go to site and empty out coin tray/collect the cash.

• Token-operated systems – a great way to avoid leaving cash in the box.

• Pay-by-phone systems – a fully cashless solution for maximum convenience and peace of mind. Tenants load money onto the PayRange app and connect to the box via bluetooth.

Before purchasing, we encourage you to consider which option works best for your setup and security preferences.
