All refund requests must be initiated within 15 days of pickup or receipt of the item.

Returned item(s) must be untampered, in resellable condition, and appear as brand new. Any signs of use, damage, or alteration will void eligibility for a refund.

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that courier or shipping fees for sending products back are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the above conditions are not met or if the product does not meet our inspection criteria.
